How it works

  1. 1

    Link your account

Lichess or Chess.com, with your username, no password. Your last 20 games are analysed within minutes.

  2. 2

    Read your profile

Your estimated playing strength and a rating for every area (opening, endgame, tactics, time management…) against Lichess players at your rating, next to the one from a few months ago.

  3. 3

    Work on one area

Pick one for three weeks: exercises from your own games, then your next games tell whether you really improved.

One loop, from the game to the exercise
Game analysis

Your games analysed, move by move

Stockfish judges every move of your Lichess and Chess.com games: inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders, accuracy for each side, an evaluation graph. The page opens on the three moments that decided the result and shows what the game changed in each area of your play.

  • Your whole history imported, most recent first
  • Judgements and accuracy computed as on Lichess
  • “Find the move” on every key moment, then the analysis board

Profile and weaknesses

A rating for every area of your play

Your estimated playing strength, then a rating per area with its range: opening, middlegame, endgame, equal positions or with the advantage, tactics, time management. Every measure is compared with Lichess players at your exact rating, and with you a few months ago. A weakness is only named when it is likely and large enough.

  • “Your endgame plays like a 1900”, range included
  • Time management: chances, quick moves, time trouble, clock at move 20
  • One area to work on for three weeks, measured on your next games

Tactics training

Your games as exercises, and puzzles on the clock

The right move, Which one is the blunder?, Find the mistake, Save the game: your positions become exercises, sorted by skill, each opening on the analysis board to understand the move. Puzzles have thinking time then a short window to play, a rating per time control, and missed ones come back with spaced repetition.

  • Your impulse and calculation errors, to replay
  • Against the clock and timed named mates
  • Wasted advantages and games to save against the engine
